Store Return Policy






VS is confident in our products and services and we proudly stand behind our workmanship. Therefore, we offer a limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials, covering both parts and labor,

VS Short Block / Long Block Warranty Limitations are as follows:

  • Warranty period begins on the day the engine was delivered.
  • Warranty applies only to short block / long block components manufactured and assembled by VS.
  • Warranty does not extend to any other part of the engine, turbocharger, accessories, or vehicle in which the engine is installed, or subsequent damage to any component or part of the vehicle due to an engine failure.
  • Warranty coverage excludes any shipping costs incurred to return the product to our facility. If the warranty claim is denied, the client will be responsible for return shipping from our facility.
  • Warranty coverage excludes any and all labor expenses needed for reassembly, as well as any components (i.e. gaskets, fluids, etc.) required for reinstallation.
  • Warranty is only offered if the short block / long block is professionally installed, with receipts provided.
  • Warranty is non-transferrable and only offered to the original purchaser of the engine.
  • All parts used in the assembly of the VS built short block / long block carry the manufacturer’s individual component warranties. No warranty is expressed or implied for any customer-supplied components.
  • Warranty clients are responsible for initiating a warranty claim with VS directly.
  • The client agrees that they will be held responsible for all engine tear down costs for claims deemed insufficient and/or invalid.
  • Proof of proper maintenance is the owner’s responsibility.
  • Any covered repairs or replacement will not extend the warranty period.

Return Policy:

If we are not notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, there is a non refundable 20% cancellation/restocking fee. With this, shipping is non-refundable. 

All Returns will be processed after the product is returned, at full purchase value in store credit that can be used on Vader Solutions products (selection limited). All refunds have a 20% restocking fee. To add, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items.

No cash refunds on deposits or pre-payments. Deposits are for its intended product or can be used as store credit on a case by case basis. 

Items can not be refunded upon delivery unless defective on Vader Solutions end. Proof must also be provided such as logs, photos, or videos. We do not take refunds or returns on items such as BOV adaptor, THOR, B58 Dump Tube, & Vader Clip for three series.

All orders have 24 hours once delivered to notify us of any missing components related to the order. Please check the contents when your order arrives. 

All back ordered products do have a 20% cancellation fee as the estimated ship time is clearly outlined in the description. With this, shipping is also non refundable.

If a public post is to be made in regards to fitment issues, quality issues, shipping issues before reaching out to us then VS has the right to deny customer service afterwards and/or refunds/returns. 

Customer has 48-hours to cancel BimmerLife Coils order, after the given 48-hour time period if customer decide to cancel after committing to order there will be a 20% cancellation fee due to material usage.  


​Shipping Policy:

Customer is responsible for shipping in any situation. Any damage to packaging during shipping process is on the shipping provider. Shipping is non refundable. If an address is submitted and shipped to the wrong address, it is up to the customer to reach out to the provider for next steps. 

For all order updates please review to the product description for the most insight. For further detail, we also do send a confirmation email once an order is placed. Typically we do ask, 5-10 business days for processing your order (unless stated otherwise).

For orders placed on weekends processing time begins on the next business day. 

Vader Solutions Will Cover Items In The Event Of Lost In Transit/Shipping. Items That Show "Delivery" Status That Are Stolen Are Customers Responsibility, If you Live In a High Theft Area We Always Recommend A Door Camera When Buying Expensive Parts Through The Mail. To combat theft we try to send any item over $100 in value with signature delivery required, if you are unavailable to sign you may request the shipping company to hold the item for pickup.
